Two IP PBX Options
On-premise IP PBX
Take control of your communication with on-premise IP PBX. It’s a communication system that is installed and operated within your organisation’s premises.
With on-premise IP PBX, you have the flexibility to choose the hardware and software components that best meet your specific needs. You can also easily integrate them with other systems and applications to create a seamless communication system that works just the way you want it to.
Cloud-hosted IP PBX
A cloud IP PBX, also known as a hosted PBX, is a business phone system that operates through an internet connection. This type of system is ideal for big teams that require features such as call forwarding, auto attendants and advanced voicemail.
Instead of managing the phone system on your own, opt for a cloud PBX run by your trusted provider – AIRCOM. It’s the first step towards unified communication.
Powerful cloud IP PBX features
The Wave app is a powerful remote collaboration tool that lets businesses use Grandstream UCM6300 series IP PBXs to communicate and collaborate from anywhere. It’s available on desktop, and mobile apps, so you can stay connected no matter where you are.
Get audio or video conferencing with HD call quality and no time limits. Let guests dial in or join the meeting from the convenience of their web browser.
Every user gets a virtual room, too. Sharing screens, sending files, and managing tasks — it’s all in one place.
Have you ever heard of “Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Support?” Then, you’ve used an auto attendant! With a cloud PBX, you can set up your auto attendant in minutes, not days.
Your IP PBX can record all calls silently without any hardware, so you can fact-check customers or coach your employees.
Handle incoming calls by routing them to the correct department automatically. Configure call routing based on phone numbers, business hours or holidays.

Got any questions?
Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a group of technologies that delivers voice and multimedia communications over the Internet instead of telephone networks. VoIP can deliver many services more quickly and efficiently than traditional networks.
When a call comes in, it’s routed through the internet to the IP PBX system. It then uses its software to route the call to the appropriate extension or phone number. The recipient of the call can answer using a traditional phone, a computer or a mobile device. During the call, the IP PBX system manages the call feature, such as call waiting, call transfer and voicemail. When the call is finished, the IP PBX system logs the call details for future reference.
VoIP technology allows people to make phone calls over the internet instead of traditional phone lines. The person’s voice is converted into digital data, broken down into small packets, and sent over the internet to the recipient’s device. The recipient’s device reassembles the packets back into a voice message which the recipient can hear through their device’s speaker or headset.

An IP telephone is a device (a hardware phone) or software client (app) that is designed to work with an IP PBX and transmit voice calls over the Internet using VoIP. IP telephony includes any calls made using IP telephones and systems.
